Eclipse “Walk with Light” is an artistic sound to light walking trail arriving at Muskoka Heritage Place in Huntsville on November 5, 2021. Visitors will enjoy an array of artistic expression featuring sites and sounds that will illuminate the buildings and surrounding nature that pay homage to the past and present of this vibrant community. Beginning at the Rotary Village Train Station, those in attendance will follow a circular path of light through the property and journey through the seasons as seen through the vision of the creators. There will be music, spoken words and thousands of interactive lights that will respond to sounds created by the visitors themselves in this unique and brand-new experience.
Girlfriends’ Getaway Weekend returns to Huntsville this November 12-14. Headlined by Brett Kissel at Deerhurst Resort, Girlfriends’ Getaway always provides a revitalizing and exciting weekend full of fun, fashion, live music, food and shopping.
The Huntsville BIA will be hosting the 1st Annual Muskoka Market: Huntsville Holiday Edition on November 27 and 28. Local partners are working to bring people together to shop local and take part in some holiday cheer.

The best way to describe The Potter’s Studio & Gallery is by saying, “it’s more than just pottery.” While the wonderful carved clay items are in abundance, they feature a variety of other mediums including painting, wood and sculpture.

A Huntsville staple for decades, The Nutty Chocolatier can satisfy the sweet tooth in almost everyone. Belgian chocolates, handmade truffles, fudge, candy, ice cream and other treats the whole family will adore await you.
3. Adventure’s Galore for You to Explore
Experienced outdoor adventurers and newbies alike can find the equipment, apparel and advice they need at Algonquin Outfitters. Whether you are planning a paddling, biking, or camping trip, they likely have what you need; and provide some rentals too.
If you’ve never experienced a horse drawn wagon ride through a maple forest surrounded by autumn leaves, you’re missing out. And if you have, you’re probably wanting to do it again. That’s where Back of Beyond can help satisfy the itch for a wonderful open-air excursion.
Get out and explore your wild side in the great outdoors with axe throwing, backcountry bush challenges, glamping for two, and more. Find Your Wild is located a short drive along Highway 60 on Morgan’s Road.
Remember that time your partner ate the last slice of cake? Or perhaps left all the dishes for you to clean up? Here’s your chance to get back at them without causing serious bodily harm. All kidding aside, MJD Paintball offers a variety of paintball fields for all skill levels to enjoy.
If riding a recreational vehicle is something you’ve always wanted to try, then Yamaha Riding Adventures is the place to go. The two-hour training and guided tour at the Deerhurst Adventure Park includes use of an ATV or side-by-side, riding equipment, lessons and instructions, fuel – and fun.

Glow in the dark bowling, pool tables, a licensed bar and full menu, and a good atmosphere make visiting Huntsville Bowl great for a date or a family night out. It’s a popular place, so call ahead to book your lane.
Who says you need to be outside to do rock climbing? When the weather is just a little too chilly or wet for your liking, the Deerhurst Indoor Rock Wall provides a quality challenge for all ages with varying degrees of difficulty.
As long as you don’t panic too easy, Zig Zag Escape Rooms provides hours of indoor adventure. Located at Deerhurst Resort, the escape rooms come in four themes; Uncle Tick-Tock’s Circus Escape, Kraken Casino, Sven’s Last Secret, and The Artist Is Missing.
