Come for the 2022 Muskoka Maple Festival and Receive a Travel Voucher Package Worth $125!
Spring has sprung across Huntsville, and it’s that time of year when maple syrup is flowing true and it takes centre stage on our palette, in our hearts, and in our tummies. After two long years of being on the sidelines, the 2022 Muskoka Maple Festival is back on Saturday April 30 from 9am – 5pm in Downtown Huntsville to provide plenty of opportunities for maple syrup aficionados to taste a variety of flavours, as well as maple inspired dishes and beverages.
New for 2022, the Muskoka Maple Festival coincides with an incredible new initiative being offered by the Huntsville Municipal Accommodation Tax Association called ‘Spring into Huntsville’. ‘Spring into Huntsville’ offers visitors $125 in travel vouchers when they book a minimum 2-nights stay at a participating accommodation during the April 11, 2022 to May 2, 2022 booking window for a stay between April 26, 2022 and June 29, 2022.
The ‘Spring into Huntsville’ packages are each $125 in value and consist of a $50 gas card and $75 in cash vouchers to redeem at participating attractions, restaurants and shops. There are over 50 tourism businesses to choose from to stay and to spend. And there’s no catch!

Wash it down with maple beer from Canvas Brewing Co., a Wheelie Good Coffee, or a Muskoka Mudita from Mushroom Tea Co. Local Maple Syrup producers including Sugarbush Hill Maple Farm, Hubbert’s Maple, and Barmont Maple Syrup will be vendors at the festival, so those in attendance can bring some maple goodness home with them.
There will be entertainment for the whole family includes a drumming circle, game zone, live fiddlers and music, hula hoop performances, stilt walking, a magician, wood carving demos and so much more.
New this year for those staying overnight at local accommodations is the opportunity to enjoy Sugar Bush Tours and more live entertainment on Sunday May 1 at sugar shacks across Huntsville.
