The Uproot Cafe at the Muskoka North Good Food Co-op

The Co-op believes in good, clean food, and that good, clean food should be available to anyone who wants to incorporate a more nutritionally dense, seasonal, ripe and place-based (local) diet into their life.

The Co-op also strives to provide access to learning about good food and how to choose, prepare, and preserve food that is at its peak goodness! Our cafe strengthens our relationships with local producers and connects us to the products that we proudly sell in the Grocery Market Co-op. We hope that this work will propel our community towards greater health while bringing families together, growing healthy food literacy and connection.
