This summer consider the lake your new studio! This class combines the elements of paddling with SUP Yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard or Aqua-mat. The class will include a short paddle and then a 45 minute Yoga sequence on your floating SUP Board. Challenge your balance, gain a different perspective of your yoga practice, enjoy the beautiful outdoors and even try something brand new! Bring your own SUP Board.
