SUP Yoga

About

This summer consider the lake your new studio! This class combines the elements of paddling with SUP Yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard or Aqua-mat. The class will include a short paddle and then a 45 minute Yoga sequence on your floating SUP Board. Challenge your balance, gain a different perspective of your yoga practice, enjoy the beautiful outdoors and even try something brand new! Bring your own SUP Board.

Instructor: Monica Larade.
Will you get wet? Probably.
What if I can’t swim? Please bring your own PDF.
What if it rains? We love nature, Lessons are rain or shine.
Pre-registration is required.
In person drop-in registration accepted if minimum registrations are met.
Drop-ins welcome if minimums are met.
