Muskoka Grandview Condos is a scenic, year- round waterfront getaway, with the comforts of your home away from home!

Waterfront Condo Rentals, on beautiful Fairy Lake. Fully equipped one bedroom condo with two freshly made queen beds in bedroom, including a flat screen tv in bedroom. One four- piece bathroom, with complimentary, soaps/shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen/Livingroom combination with table and four chairs, mini kitchenette with small fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and complimentary first night stay coffee/tea packets, toaster, double countertop plug- in burners, dishes, pots/pans, and cutlery. Flat screen tv in living room, pull out queen sofa bed chesterfield and side chairs. Log burning fireplace, with one complimentary paper fire log. (Real wood not permitted) Free wi-fi. Private deck with table and chairs, overlooking beautiful Fairy Lake and surrounding whispering pine trees. The condo also has a shared floating dock with chairs, on the lake. In season we also have shared access to an outdoor barbeque. Laundry facilities also available in the building. Free parking in front of building. (Pet and smoke free, in our condos, for our allergy guests.)

Our business is unique, as we offer a quaint, private scenic location, with a comfortable homey feel, where you can go to relax and unwind. All our accommodations and information are booked online, including map, key information etc. No standing in line for reservations. Our prices are very reasonable.

We are a husband-wife team, who have owned and operated these condo’s privately since 1999. We also have a wonderful housekeeper, who is our eyes and ears for our condo’s, along with the condo corporation, who manages our property, along with other properties. Our Muskoka Grandview Condos business was established in 2012, when Delta went out of business at Grandview. We have been coming up to Huntsville, with our children, when they were young, and rented for many years. We fell in love with the community, the people, and the beautiful, picturesque surroundings, and decided to buy. We chose to buy condos for upkeep purposes, as we live 5-6 hours away.

COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS: Muskoka Grandview Condos is a stand-alone condo, with separate entrance, and separate private deck. We follow Covid regulations, by sending everything online with no personal contact with our guests. Our housekeeper cleans and sanitizes all touch points after each guest leaves. Masks should be worn, if on the outdoor dock, or using the bbq, or around people on the grounds. We have a very large open spacious property, to comply with social distancing for our guests.
