 Lake of Bays Brewing Company

Lake of Bays Brewing Company prides itself on brewing premium craft beer using all-natural ingredients. Try all four of their year-round beers, their NHLPA partnership beer, their latest seasonal or beer from their Wild North Series.

For the Muskoka Maple Trail, Lake of Bays Brewery invites you to try their maple inspired brew Paint Me Like One of Your French Toasts: Cinna-Maple Blonde Ale, available in samples or by the glass. You can also sample the collaborative maple beer brewed in partnership between Muskoka’s 3 craft breweries, available on tap at Lake of Bays Brewery.

The brewery is open in March & April on Friday: 11am – 5pm, Saturday: 10am – 5pm and
Sunday: 11am – 3pm. Tours on Saturdays 12-3 by appointment only, call before the Friday of each weekend to book.

Erika’s Bakery

Erika’s Bakery in Dwight is a homemade bakery, coffee shop and gift shop, all in one friendly location on the main street of the charming village of Dwight. Famous for their butter tarts, pies, squares, chelsea buns, cinnamon buns and their hearty lunches, Erika’s invites you to visit their bakery on the Trail. Great conversation and laughter is usually ringing through the building as customers delight in our comfy, cozy, friendly atmosphere.

For the Muskoka Maple Trail, try Erika’s Muskoka famous maple butter tarts! Maple syrup is the magical ingredient that perfects Erika’s finest butter tarts, the maple pecan and maple bacon butter tarts. All of Erika’s butter tarts are handmade on site with only the finest ingredients. If you are lucky you can stop by and watch Erika rolling out the dough and mixing her delicious golden filling mix that results in a very flaky crust with a filling that will keep you coming back for more. Humble Pie Butter Tart Factory & Pizzeria

At the Humble Pie Butter Tart Factory & Pizzeria in the picturesque village of Baysville, Lake of Bays, our motto is “If you bake it…they will come!”  So don’t forget to include us as a part of your Maple Trail fun. For a truly unique maple experience we’ll be infusing the flavourful deliciousness of real maple syrup from SugarBush Hill into mini maple pies, maple cookies and maple creams.

We will also be showcasing our regular line up of popular pastries, fruit & meat pies, quiche, artisan breads, sausage rolls, authentic Italian pizzas, and of course our infamous butter tarts! Our hours are seasonal so please call in advance, 705-224-8278.
