As the co-owner of Motivations Fitness for over 25 years, Lorraine experienced & witnessed first-hand the positive effects of movement and exercise on the mental and physical well-being of participants. Her belief in inclusivity-welcoming & motivating all ages, sizes and fitness levels has shaped how she presents and leads her classes. With Lorraine you will be invited to nourish your mind and your body with slow, deep and flowing postures, ending each practice with a short passage reading to feed your soul.
