Brewer’s Dinner

Join us Saturday, November 4th for an evening at Canvas Brewing Co. hosted by Head Brewer Seguin Sailors. We begin at 6:30pm with a guided tour of the brewery by Seguin, followed by a dining experience from Fox in the Henhouse at 7pm! All three courses will include a guided tasting of our own beers.

- Duck Confit & Smoky Bacon Caesar Salad
- Brisket and Fried Chicken Sliders with Garlic & Chive Fries
- Ricotta Beignets with Fig Caramel & Spiced Chocolate Sauce
The cost $70.00+tax/person, and a deposit to reserve your spot. The remainder will be due the night of the event.
*Wine or cocktail substitutions available but not flavour paired with the meal.
